At Glam Software we are a company specialised in custom software development.
We are based at the Science and Technology Park of the University of Girona and have a team of more than 40 developers focused on building software solutions for businesses.
We work mainly on bespoke projects, tailored to each client’s processes and needs.

Over the years we have specialised especially in areas such as business management, production, logistics, warehousing, planning, and maintenance.
Our work combines functional experience and technical capability, with a technology foundation designed to meet demanding projects that are constantly evolving.
Our journey
The early years
Our origins go back to 2001, with the start of activity selling business systems, network electronics, and other technology solutions.
Around 2005, this activity was complemented by custom software development, which gradually became central to the company.
Founding Glam Software
In 2012 the company made a definitive commitment to software and Glam Software was incorporated as a legal entity.
From then on, the company has focused on developing proprietary solutions and bespoke projects for businesses.
Product evolution
In 2016 GlamERP was born, built on years of accumulated experience and the various software products developed up to that point. Initially, the product focused on invoicing and accounting.
From 2019, with several manufacturing companies joining the GlamERP portfolio, a clearer specialisation began in operations: warehouse, logistics, production, planning, and maintenance.
Technology evolution
In 2021 development began on a new technology stack, aimed at new implementations and designed from the outset for cloud environments.
This phase also brought an architectural shift from a monolithic model to an event-driven microservices architecture.
In parallel, agile development teams and requirements approaches such as DDD (Domain-Driven Design) were introduced to support larger, more complex projects.
New fields
In 2022 the company moved into IoT, specialising in event sourcing and highly scalable environments.
In 2023, with support from Eurecat and CDTI, the first AI-based intelligent scheduler was developed.
In 2024 work began on natively integrating artificial intelligence into the existing software stack using MCPs and other protocols.
Restructuring the systems area
In 2025 the long-standing systems business was reorganised and merged with another company in the sector to better specialise the two lines of activity and deliver a more focused service. Glam Systems emerged from this evolution.
Today
Today, Glam Software is a company focused on custom software development, with more than two decades tied to business technology and continuous evolution in product, architecture, and methodology.
