On November 14 and 15, we attended the CAS Congress (Agile Spain Conference), held in Madrid. This special edition marked the 15th anniversary of the Agile Spain community, bringing together more than 1,000 professionals to share knowledge and experiences around agile methodologies.

During the conference, we took part in inspiring talks, hands-on workshops, and interactive sessions covering topics such as Artificial Intelligence and Business Agility, scaled planning with SAFe, and organizational culture and digital transformation.
