On January 14 we attended the presentation of the National Pact for Digital Talent, organised by the Generalitat de Catalunya. The initiative aims to drive the attraction, training, and retention of technology talent in the region. During the session, the main challenges of the sector were outlined, along with the strategic actions planned to strengthen the digital ecosystem.

Attending allowed us to better understand public policy on digital talent, as well as identify opportunities for collaboration with institutions and players in the sector.
