On May 21, we attended the conference “AI and Digitalization for the Jobs of the Future: Connecting Talent, Companies and Public Administrations”, organized by Prensa Ibérica and Diari de Girona at the Hotel Ultònia in Girona.

During the event, attendees shared reflections and experiences on the impact of artificial intelligence and digitalization on the labor market, as well as the new challenges in connecting talent and business.

The meeting brought together representatives from the business and institutional sectors, along with experts in employment and digital transformation, who discussed the need to adapt professional skills to new technological environments, promote lifelong learning, and seize the opportunities AI offers to improve competitiveness and employability.
