On March 24 we attended Alimentaria, held at the Fira de Barcelona, one of the most important international trade fairs in the food sector. The event brings together companies, professionals, and innovations connected to the food industry.

The visit allowed us to learn about sector trends, especially in digitalisation, sustainability, and new business models, as well as to identify opportunities to apply technology in this field.
