On February 10, 2026 we attended the Fòrum Gastronòmic held at the Palau Firal de Girona, a flagship event for the hospitality and food sector that combines talks, demonstrations, and networking spaces.

During the visit we were able to see how innovation and technology are being integrated into the gastronomy sector, especially in areas such as process digitalisation, sustainability, and improving the customer experience.
